Tracks
Superintendent Track
Oversee the daily construction activities onsite, emphasizing the coordination of all team members to ensure they work together efficiently and safely. Superintendents utilize their deep understanding of construction methods and materials to ensure project delivery is both timely and up to standard. This position demands an individual who is a dedicated builder by nature.
Project Manager Track
Handle the financial and administrative components of the construction project. Oversee the contracting process to ensure the project aligns with design specifications. This position involves implementing risk management, financial planning, ongoing communication, negotiation skills, and advanced organizational abilities. Project Managers act as the primary liaison for the General Contractor when dealing with design professionals.
Estimator Track
Determine the overall expense of a construction project through assessing, confirming, and monitoring the required scope of work. Direct the preconstruction phase, including initial budgeting and cost estimates for design-build projects. The cornerstone of a successful construction endeavor lies in a precise and thorough estimate. Utilize the most current Take-Off software to innovate in minimizing risks and enhancing value.

Responsibilities: Operate boom truck, transport construction materials, perform vehicle inspections, follow traffic laws, secure cargo, communicate with team, handle paperwork.

Requirements: CDL with clean record, experience with boom operations, knowledge of safety regulations, ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions.

Job Details: Full-time, local routes in Indiana, home daily. Relocation to Greenwood, IN required.
